Join us for a relaxed and inclusive evening of good food at St Anne’s House, Brislington. Seema Vekaria, Nutritional Therapist (DipCNM, mANP) and co-founder of Batch Cook Club, will be sharing her easy and delicious ways to boost nutrition:

  • Feel energised - advice to balance your blood sugars and avoid the post-meal slump

  • Super ingredients - simple swaps to optimise mealtimes

  • When to eat - how timing can affect your metabolism

  • Q&A

…and enjoy a delicious and nutritious social meal after the talk! We will be serving:

  • Welcome snack: apple and pears with almond butter

  • Creamy, coconut, cauliflower, spinach and lentil curry

  • Mixed grains

  • Lemon, coriander and spring onion mung bean salad

  • Spiced fruit

  • Kombucha

  • Non-alcoholic beer
